How to request the Chancellor or the Executive Vice Chancellor & Provost's signature, e.g., for administrative transactions, letters of support, or award certificates.
Process
Step1
Obtain Senior Officer approval
The respective dean or vice chancellor's approval is required before either the chancellor or EVCP's signature is obtained.
Step2
Send draft, preferably by email
- Email a digital file or link to [email protected], copy [email protected]
- Hard copy may be sent to Box 0402 via campus mail (please alert us by email).
Step3
Allow 5 business days for processing
- Postdate accordingly.
- Expedited service available upon request but not guaranteed.
Step4
Distribute
The office of origin is responsible for final transmittal to all addressees, including copies.
